Yes, provided you follow a few rules. Screw the hose threads in tightly to avoid leaks, open and close the valves at the right time, and keep matches, lighters, cigarettes, mobile phones and anything else that can make a spark or flame away from the pump while it is running.

Yes, from a bigger tank to a smaller tank. Transferring from a smaller tank to a bigger one needs a higher-pressure pump.
A 15 kg cylinder takes 7 to 8 minutes with a DC or AC pump, and 12 to 14 minutes with the manual pump.
LPG is transferred as a liquid, and the upper part of an upright cylinder holds gas. Turning the cylinder downward brings the liquid to the outlet, so the transfer is easy.
Almost. As the last of the liquid leaves, a small portion turns to gas and stays in the upper part of the cylinder, so roughly 2 to 3% remains behind.
Yes. The 12V pump runs off a car battery. A 0.5 HP motor at 12 volts draws about 30 to 40 amps at full load, so connect it directly to the battery terminals, not to the cigarette-lighter socket.
Yes. All the pumps are small enough to carry anywhere.
Yes. The diaphragm pumps can serve as gas or air sampling pumps, and customers also use them as farm sprayer pumps and car wash pumps.
Yes. Every pump comes with an inlet hose and an outlet hose, with their valves. Cylinder and car connectors differ from country to country, so you add the connector used where you live.
