1. ARE THESE PUMPS SAFE ?
Yes it is 100 % safe, however you have to follow certain safely rules like pipe threads must be screwed in tightly to avoid gas leakage, open & close valve timely, one should not use matches , lighter, cigarettes, mobile & anything which may create spark or flame near the pump while it is in operation.
2. CAN I RUN THIS PUMP DRY WITHOUT GAS ?
Yes you can run manual & diaphragm pump dry without gas but we do not recommend it.
3. CAN I TRANSFER GAS FROM ONE LPG / PROPANE CYLINDER TO ANOTHER LPG / PROPANE CYLINDER ?
Yes you can transfer gas from bigger tank to smaller tank but not from smaller tank to bigger tank as you need higher pressure pump for such application
4. CAN I USE THESE PUMP AS GAS / AIR SAMPLING PUMP ?
Yes our diaphragm pump can be used as gas sampling or air sampling pump.
5. IS GAS TRANSFER IS LEGAL ?
It is illegal in India if you transfer LPG from Govt. owned cylinder to your car cylinder. It is advisable to go LPG filling station in India, however in most of the other countries, it may be allowed
6. ARE THESE PUMPS SUPPLIED WITH HOSES ?
Yes all pumps are supplied with inlet hose with valve suitable for cylinder and outlet hose with outlet valve suitable for the car.
7. WHAT OTHER PARTS SUPPLIED WITH PUMPS ?
The pumps are shipped in ready to use condition with all the required, Hoses, Valves & Wires.
9. HOW DO YOU SHIP THESE PUMPS?
For single unit orders we always recommend EMS Speed Post which is the most economical option, how ever we can also ship wth DHL / FedEx / TNT / UPS if required. For commercial order we use Sea or Air Freight.
10. HOW CAN I PAY ?
We accept payments through Pay Pal, Bank Wire Transfers to our company account and also through the payment gateway on our website.
11. CAN I USE CAR BATTERY TO RUN PUMP ?
Yes our 12V Pump can be run off a car battery.
12. HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO TRANSFER GAS ?
Manual pump 12 to 14 minutes per 15 Kgs Cylinder
DC / AC Pump 7to 8 minutes per 15 Kgs Cylinder
DC / AC Pump 7to 8 minutes per 15 Kgs Cylinder
13. WILL THE PUMP TRANSFER THE COMPLETE GAS FROM THE CYLINDER ?
Very small gas remain in the bottle at last because bottle is full of liquid, and during transfer of liquid, last liquid portion gets converted in to gas, Which remains in upper part of cylinder so approx 2 to 3 % gas remains behind in the cylinder.
14. CAN I REPAIR PUMP AT MYSELF ?
Yes anyone can change the parts of the wearable parts of the pump easily
15. CAN I CARRY THESE PUMPS,WITH ME ?
Yes all pumps are small in size and you can easily carry the pumps anywhere.
16. CAN I USE THESE PUMPS FOR OTHER APPLICATIONS ?
Yes these pumps are also used for spraying liquids in farms as sprayer pump or as car wash pumps.
17. IN HOW MANY DAYS YOU DELIVER PUMP ?
We normally, take 4 to 5 day's time for shipping of products. If quantity is more then we May take some more time.
18. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ?
We give one year warranty for manufacturing defects in the pumps.
19. ARE SPARES EASILY AVAILABLE ?
Yes all the spares are available with us.
20. WHY CYLINDER MUST BE IN DOWNWARD POSITION WHILETRANSFERING LPG ?
Because LPG is in liquid form only, upper portion of cylinder has some gas on upper part, so when you turn cylinder downward direction, liquid came Nearer to outlet portion or cylinder so gas transfer become easy.
21. HOW MUCH PRESSURE CAN THESE PUMPS WORK WITH ?
The pumps can handle maximum pressure of 22Kg/Cm2 or 21.5 Bar
22. HOW MUCH CURRENT DOES THE DC PUMP DRAW ?
The 12V DC Pump draws 3 Amps.
